Employee Assistance Programs

Established in 1972, The Village Business Institute's (VBI) Employee Assistance Programs are worksite-based services that help employers and their employees be more productive and satisfied on the job. Today, VBI's Employee Assistance Programs serve hundreds of companies and thousands of employees throughout the United States and Canada, continuing to make it easier for employees to get help when they need it.

In addition to face-to-face counseling for member company employees and members of their household, VBI's Employee Assistance Program provides a Supervisor/Human Resource HelpLine, financial counseling, monthly or quarterly employee newsletters, and more.

Studies show that employee assistance programs decrease turnover, increase productivity, and decrease absenteeism.
