Course Overview: If there is one condition that describes our lives today it is “stressed out.” In fact, many of us are getting stressed out over being stressed out. We are overworked, overextended, overwhelmed, and overloaded. This session will explore the causes of stress, and strategies for reducing the stress experienced by all of us in life and while on the job.

Course Overview: When the holidays arrive it means more things to do, people to see, and places to go. These things might be fun, but they can also be stressful. To make your holiday season a happy and peaceful one, explore health strategies to manage and deck the holiday stress.

Course Overview:  Change is inevitable, but how we handle that change is up to us. This training is designed to improve your understanding of how change affects individuals, and help you discover ways to approach change in a positive manner.

Course Overview: Are you struggling to keep up with work? Are you being asked to do more with less? Do you have a list of to-dos you will get to "someday?" Albert Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results." This session will look at addressing some common myths about time management, and then provide some strategies on how you can master your time in order to work smarter, not harder.

Work/Life Balance
Course Overview: Finding work-life balance in today's frenetically paced world is no simple task.  Whether the problem is too much focus on work or too little, when your work life and your personal life feel out of balance stress and other effects are the result.  This session will help you figure out what matters most and discuss ways to find the balance that’s best for you.

Course Overview: This training identifies ways to help you take control of your finances. Participants will examine their financial situation and explore options to manage their money in healthy ways.

Course Overview: Compassion fatigue occurs in helping professions when the pile-up of working with people experiencing traumatic events takes an emotional toll.  This presentation will explore the compassion trap and discuss ways to minimize the effects of burnout.

Course Overview: The EAP orientation is a complete overview of the benefit, and will teach employees how to use and access their EAP benefit.
